A university that is not recognized and does not have an official license or any official academic accreditation. Other than that it uses the excuse of open education or the so-called distance learning to issue valueless bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. It exploits teachers to work for it without pay in return for obtaining experience certificates or certificates of appreciation, although the university has a large financial income from its sale of various certificates and degrees.
This illegal activity is managed by a person named Walid Al-Munisi, assisted by another called Jarrah Al-Jarrah, and they have a representative in Yemen called Ahmed Al-Maqrami. This gang works to the rhythm of customers who are looking to buy academic degrees without real educational attainment.
